Case History PyxisGC BTEX – Even more smart monitoring

Monitoring pollutants released from specific sites, or during accidental events such as fires and gas leaks, is an extremely important service from both the environmental and industrial point of view as it contributes to the protection of our ecosystem and, at the same time, provides valid support to plant operators in identifying and managing events and dynamics related to the productive process of interest.

In 2020 Pollution Analytical Equipment started the first “flight tests” of PyxisGC BTEX in partnership with Heli Protection Europe.

With the support of experienced pilots and of Heli Protection Europe, we carried out the first in-flight analysis with a prototype of the Pyxisgc BTEX drone at the International Training Center (ITC) of “G. Ciuffelli” Rieti Airport.
